Sales Mangement Composite KPIs
Explanation
Sales Managers have the unique ability to combine KPI groups into Composite KPIs for group reporting. If you would like to track sales performance (or other metrics) for several employees, your Sales Manager can configure the KPI Groups for each Sales Associate to track specific performance metrics across teams.
Instructions
Make sure that the calculation method and goals are the same for each KPI you wish to combine into one report. In order to combine each KPI Group into a Composite KPI Group, every setting in each of the numbered KPIs for each group must exactly match the same numbered KPI in every other KPI Group you wish to make a composite KPI. If any setting in any group is different, the composite group will display undefined data.
To create a Composite KPI Group, start by clicking the green Add New Composite Group button. Next, provide a title for each of the numbered KPIs, for example if KPI #1 of the group tracks widget production for each member of your King of Prussia manufacturing facility, you may want to title KPI #1 as "King Of Prussia Team Widget Production". Be sure to complete each of the 10 Composite KPI titles.
Next, to the right of the KPI Titles section, the Available Groups and Assigned groups list those KPI Groups that are available and those that are assigned to the Composite KPI Group. Simply click on the title of the available group to add it to the Composite Group or click on the title of the assigned group to remove it from the Composite Group.
You may have more than one Composite KPI Group. Using the procedure above, simply create the groups you need and using the selector just below the green Add New Composite Group button will allow you to switch between displayed Composite KPI Groups.
