Sales Associate Role

A Sales Associate is a specialized role within your business. Members with this role have specialized access to the Sales Management KPI area as well as standard access to the Tactical Review area.

Sales Associates may be assigned a KPI group for which they will have the ability to Update. They also have Read access to any Sales Management KPI Group.

Sales Associates, when created by a Sales Manager will automatically have the member who created their account assigned as their direct supervisor. Their direct supervisor may assign Tactical Reviews or any Sales Management KPI Groups.

Sales Associates may not delete Tactical Reviews or any Sales Management KPI Groups assigned to them, but may Read and Update them.

Sales Associates may also create their own Tactical Reviews which they have full access to.

Members with this role may not read any other information about your business including everything under Planning, everything under Leadership except for Tactical Reviews and Leadership Meetings, every thing under Communication - KPIs, everything under Strategic Planning and everything under Administration except for Your Account and Business Selection.
