Sales Management KPIs is the same as [[Custom KPI Data Entry|'''Custom KPIs''']] in every way except for one: Specialized [[Sales Associate Role|'''Sales Associate''']] can be assigned a group of KPIs for which only themselves, their [[Sales Manager Role|'''Sales Manager''']], [[Editor Role|'''Editors''']] and [[Business Owner Role|'''Business Owner''']] can view.  The sales associate assigned to the KPI group has full ownership of the group and can update the KPIs as needed.  Only the sales associate assigned to a KPI Group can view or edit that group except for the roles listed previously.  See [[Custom KPI Data Entry|'''Custom KPI Data Entry''']] for more details on KPIs.

Explanation

The Sales Management KPIs are a specialized version of the Communication - KPIs that give specialized Sales Managers the ability to assign KPI Groups to specialized Sales Associates.

This tool is specifically designed for users with large teams where it would be useful to separate the performance of one team from another.


Instructions

Sales Managers may add and remove new KPI groups, invite new Sales Associates to the business and can combine KPIs into Composite KPIs for group reporting. See the section on Sales Management Administration for details on inviting and managing new Sales Associates.
