Explanation
The Sales Management KPI Analysis section is exactly the same as the Custom KPI Analysis section with the addition of special restrictions and permissions provided to Sales Associates and Sales Managers. See the section on Custom KPI Analysis for more information on KPI Analysis.
Instructions
After creating your Custom KPI, you can analyze performance in this section.
The Goal Analysis' month to month statistics is separated into two halves. On the left side, a month to month comparison shows your performance on a month to month basis. On the right side, a year to date chart shows your Annualized Goal. In both sides you will see your month over month performance for the current year, prior year, difference as a percent the goal for that month, and the performance to goal difference as a percent and an indicator of Goal (met or exceeded your goal), Close to Goal (You came within 10% of meeting your goal) or No Goal (you achieved less than 90% of your desired goal).
