One Payroll (PR) Cycle is the average cost of one payroll cycle. While this is a monthly entry, your payroll cycle may be 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks or something else. You want to enter the cost for that single cycle, not your monthly total. For example if you spend $10,000 every 2 weeks on payroll enter $10,000 not $20,000
