Monthly Payroll (PR) - Gross tracks your total average gross monthly payroll. This is not the total of a single payroll cycle but the total of all payroll cycles (gross average) per month. For example if you have a 2 week payroll cycle and typically spend $10,000 on payroll each cycle, you would enter $20,000 in this field. Some months may have 3 payroll cycles with a 2 week payroll schedule; but for tracking purposes simply use the gross average of 2 cycles for each month. If you have a weekly payroll cycle, use the gross average of 4 cycles for each month.
