Explanation

Instructions

Graph one, compared monthly, allows you to switch between cumulative and month to month views using line or bar charts for Sales, Cost of Goods, Gross Profit, Total Expenses and Net Profit. This graph provides a comparison between the current and previous year, includes your previous year's budget, current year's budget, and a customizable prediction line that predicts your company's performance.

Graph two, compared quarterly, allows you to switch between cumulative and quarterly performance views using line or bar charts for Sales, Cost of Goods, Gross Profit, Total Expenses, and Net Profit. The graph also provides a comparison between the current and previous year as well as current and previous year's budgets.

Graph three provides quarterly performance comparison for Sales, Gross Profit, and Net Income between the current and previous year for each quarter.

Graph four provides a monthly comparison of performance year over year for each year you have been in business. This graph provides comparisons of Sales, Cost of Goods, Gross Profit, Total Expenses, and Net Profit and can be configured to show as cumulative or month to month as either a line or bar chart.
