System Admin Role

System Administrators are a specialized role that has full access to your business. They are highly trained professionals who understand Profit Navigator fully and who's job it is to maintain the application. Part of their job is to maintain data and account integrity. In order for them to do their job, they must have full access to your business.

A System Admin may not be removed from your business and you may not change their roles. You may not assign the System Admin role to any member of your business or remove the System Admin role from a System Administrator.

System Administrators only access your business when their is a problem with your business' user accounts, data integrity problems or you have specifically requested their help. Remember: System Admins are here to help you.
