Alliance Partners are usually your personal financial advisors. They will have created your business account and assigned you the roles you currently have. At least there will be one member attached to your business account with the Business Owner role, but Alliance Partners may add new members to your account and may change any role associated with any member including the Business Owner.
If you have the Alliance Partner role, generally this means that you created the business and will have full access to every part of the business including the right to delete the business and all data associated with the business. Only the creator of a business may delete the business and the Alliance Partner may not necessarily be the creator.
If you do not see a member of your business with the Alliance Partner role, then that means your business was not created by an Alliance Partner and generally the person with the Business Owner Role will be the creator and will have the right to delete the business and all data associated with it.
Alliance Partners should be your trusted financial advisor and are a member of your business in order to guide you and your business to financial success. Should you wish to delete your business or make changes to the ownership role, you should reach out to your Alliance Partner.
