What is a Business Subscription?

A Business Subscription is a paid subscription within Profit Navigator. When your Alliance Partner account is initially created, you are provided with two free business accounts: Your primary account and a test account. When you subscribe to Profit Navigator, you are provided an additional 10 business licenses that you may use with your clients' businesses.

Alliance Partners: Subscribe

For Alliance Partners, each business you create must have an associated Business Subscription. Your primary subscription, charged at $1,000 per month, provides you with a license to add up to 10 additional businesses using your single subscription. To subscribe, go to the Subscribe page within your primary account and enter your billing information. Once approved, you will then have the ability to create up to 10 new businesses within your account using your primary subscription. Each additional business you wish to create beyond the 10 licensed subscriptions will require that you provide billing information and is charged at a rate of $100 per month.

When you want to create a new within Profit Navigator, click on the "Add a New Business" button within the Business Selection section and a form will be presented to allow you to complete the creation of a new business. You will see up to 4 sections on the form:

  1. Business Owner
  2. New Business Information
  3. Card Holder Account Details
  4. Payment Information

The Business Owner should specify the owner of the business you are creating the subscription for. Be sure that the email address and phone number for this member is correct. Once the new business is created, the owner will receive an email from Profit Navigator with a welcome email containing a one-time-use password. This member will be given the Business Owner Role, but you will be designated as the Logical Owner.

The section for New Business should provide the details about the business you are creating the subscription for including the business name, address and phone number.

The section for Card Holder Account Details should provide the information for the credit card account holder, typically you, but you can use a business credit card issued to another person in your business - you must have permission to use the credit card.

The Payment Information section provides entries for credit card type, number, expiration date, ccv and the ability to save the credit card information for later use.

  • NOTE: We do not save credit card information on our servers. Our payment provider (Authorize.net) can store your credit card payment information as a "Profile" within their system in order to make creating new Business Subscriptions easier later. We have no idea what your credit card number is and can not provide you with those details. For each subscription, an invoice number will be generated that you can refer to for questions about billing.
