Logical Business Owner vs Business Owner Role

A Logical Business Owner is the person who created a business through either creating a new Business Subscription as an Alliance Partner or the Sign Up page or who was assigned ownership of a House Account by a System Administrator.

A Logical Business Owner is the legal owner of the business account but not necessarily the legal owner of the legal business entity.

A Business Owner is an ACL Role with access to the business data including the ability to create, delete and update membership within the business. For more information, see the section on the ACL Role Permissions System.
