Manage Your Business Subscription
Use the Manage Your Business Subscription page to manage your business’s Profit Navigator account. For House Accounts, you will not have a paid subscription. For all other accounts, you can use this page to subscribe or update your billing preferences.
When you sign up for Profit Navigator using the sign-up page, you will be given a free 15 day subscription. After the 15 day period you will be required to subscribe using a credit card in order to continue using Profit Navigator.
When an Alliance Partner creates your business, they will be responsible for paying the subscription fee. Alliance Partners are given a 30 day grace period for new subscriptions which are billed on the 15th of the month.
At any time during the grace period you may cancel your subscription, and you will not be billed until you re-subscribe. If the 15 or 30 day grace period has expired, you will not be able to edit any part of your business including adding or removing users until you re-subscribe.
You may also use this page to update your billing profile to use a different credit card or to update the expiration date of your existing credit card.
