Explanation
Your month to month cumulative chart gives you a detailed cumulative breakdown of your company's monthly performance. It provides comparisons between the current cumulative monthly performance against the same cumulative monthly performance from the prior year. Using your predicted budget and a flatline budget, it provides you with a comparison of actual versus predicted performance in a rolling month to month cumulative performance.
