Explanation

The KPI area is designed to help you track your business’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Preset KPIs are setup to provide tracking of standard things like GAAP Sales, Cost of Goods and Payroll Efficiency as well as benchmarking tools like Asset Turnover and Return on Equity. The Custom KPIs section is designed to give you the flexibility to track and benchmark just about anything else you can think of.


Instructions

In order to utilize the Preset GAAP KPIs and Preset Benchmark KPIs, be sure that you have completed your Budget and have up to date information in Monthly Data Entry. These two areas use this information to construct your KPIs. Custom KPIs and Simple KPIs are completely custom and do not depend on other data.
