After creating your Custom KPI, you can analyze performance in this section. The analytics are provided in two formats: a Goal Analysis month to month statistics chart and graphical line and bar charts.

The Goal Analysis' month to month statistics is separated into two halves. On the left half a month to month comparison is provided showing your performance on a month to month basis. On the right hand side, a year to date chart is supplied using your Annualized Goal. In both sides you will see your month over month performance for the current year, prior year, difference as a percent the goal for that month, the performance to goal difference as a percent and an indicator of Goal (met or exceeded your goal), Close to Goal (You came within 10% of meeting your goal) or No Goal (you achieved less than 90% of your desired goal).

The monthly to month performance section simply gives you an overview of how you performed for that month regardless of your performance in other months. In the year to date section, we use your Annualized Goal to determine your performance using the average or accumulation method you specified. In the year to date section, previous months performance contributes to the following months success and your success for the year overall.

The Goal Analysis section can be customized to turn off month to month and goal percentage differences if you like. In the graphical line and bar charts section, you are presented with multiple charts to help you visualize your performance over time.
