View source for Month to Month Cumulative Printing

When clicking on the printer or download icon on the Month to Month Cumulative section, you will be provided the opportunity to include or exclude specific months in the report.  By default all months are selected for report generation.  Once you have configured the report, click on the embedded green "Print Document" or "Download Document" button in the configuration section to generate the report.
